Currently, we are only able to ship to addresses within Australia.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Willing Coffee. If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address for an order once it has been shipped, you will need to reach out to the courier (Australia Post) and organise for the parcel to be redirected.

How should I care for my Willing Coffee Cycling kits?

To ensure the longevity of your Willing Coffee apparel, we recommend following the care instructions on the label. We advise that you wash your kit prior to first use, and immediately after riding. A wash bag or delicates bag is recommended to maintain the stretch and fit of the fabric and prevent it from snagging on other items during the wash. 

 

Can I tumble dry my Willing Coffee Cycling kits?

We recommend air drying your Willing Coffee apparel by hanging it up to dry. Tumble drying can cause excessive heat and agitation, which may lead to shrinking, fabric damage, or loss of shape. Hanging your apparel to dry will help preserve its quality and ensure a longer lifespan. If you're in a hurry and need to speed up the drying process, you can use a cool air setting on your dryer for a short period. However, it's best to avoid tumble drying whenever possible.
