If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can arrange for the correct items to be sent out to you.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or faulty we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
For incorrect sizes of apparel items, we are happy to arrange for an exchange to a more suitable size. Please note that the cost of shipping for return items is at the expense of the customer.

Please note, we do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind or personal preference. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

Returns are not accepted for bib shorts due to their intimate fit. We recommend referring to our sizing guide to ensure the right fit.





    To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in an "as-new" saleable condition. Goods must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and packaging.


    If you need to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product, be sure to provide the order details and a clear description of the issue.

    Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including any necessary documentation or shipping instructions. 


    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and exchanges will be processed within 3-4 business days from receipt of the returned item.
