Sourced from Elto Sama Station in Ethiopia's Guji region, this exceptional washed coffee is grown at 2,350 metres above sea level and produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, the couple behind Elto Coffee.

Driven by a shared passion for specialty coffee, Elto Coffee works closely with local smallholder farmers to produce distinctive microlots that celebrate Ethiopia's rich coffee heritage. Combining carefully selected cherries with refined processing techniques, their approach highlights the unique character and quality of each harvest.

This coffee showcases the delicate and expressive qualities of the 74158 variety, known for its elegant florals, citrus brightness and natural sweetness. The washed process brings clarity and balance to the cup, revealing fragrant jasmine, vibrant lemongrass, delicate pear and the refined, tea-like character of Earl Grey.
