Willing Coffee Single Origin Roast 200g

Our single origin coffee is sourced from Balboa, a small municipality in the department of Cauca in the south-west of Colombia. Average daily temperatures of 20-26°C and rich volcanic ash soil facilitate the production of fine crops of naturally mutated varieties such as Caturra. The small-scale producers in Balboa have been producing coffee since 2011, and we hope to continue supporting them in future seasons.

 We lightly roast the beans which ensures our coffee has inherent life and sparkling acidity whilst still delivering body and sweetness
